We have designed this portal to be a simple place for you to record and track your academic activities as a way to simplify keeping track of all your hard work. This interface will allow you to record goals for yourself across the five domains of academic medicine (REACH) and integrate these with both your mentoring relationship and your annual review. Additional features will be coming soon, including the ability to output this data in multiple formats, including your CV.
