The Women in Medicine & Science group meets semi-annually while the
WIMS Collaborative Circles (small groups) meet monthly to help connect and support women faculty across the organization.
The WIMS Collaborative Groups Leaders acts as facilitators, leading discussions on particular topics of interest, which are selected by the groups from a repository of educational materials available through WIMS Portal (see below). The WIMS Collaborative Groups Leaders who volunteer and dedicate their time to working with women in WIMS attend workshops annually to grow their leadership abilities; they are listed to the right.
